Shared Services

Dedicated/Client Managed Services

  • Ideal for your entry level placements of Tier 1 or Tier 2 Agents where no specialized skills are required.
  • Shared management team and space
  • Works well for start-ups who need to have maximum flexibility to upscale or downscale rapidly.
  • Most cost effective option as all infrastructure is shared with similar accounts. (Although space and equipment is shared we have various systems implemented to ensure your confidentiality)
  • Seats are filled based on agent availibility so your team might change from time to time (All agents placed on your account would still be fully trained and able to perform the tasks required)
  • Perfect for peak periods and special projects where there may be an increase in customer touch points or workload in general.
  • For clients wanting to establish a fixed, dedicated team offshore who will remain with them long term.
  • Ideal for clients who want to take ownership of their offshore team whilst enjoying the infrastructure and support team provided by RAC and its subsidiaries.
  • Easy transition from outsourcing to offshoring if needed.
  • Dedicated Agents, Managers, Equipment and Space, that you do not have to share, which works well for clients who deal with confidential or sensitive information such as payroll.
  • This option works well for small (2 seat) or large (50 seat) accounts.
  • Standby agents, dedicated to your account for when one of your agents is sick or on leave.
